These terms cover the Android app Tom Sawyer: Toddler Games (com.shuslav.tomsawyer), published on Google Play by Shuslav. By installing the app you agree to them.
You get the right to install the app and use it for yourself and your family on the devices of your Google account, for as long as you keep it. The app, its pictures, voices and music stay ours; you may not resell them, take them apart or build another app out of them.
The first three games are free. One purchase opens all eleven games in the app, with no subscription and no further payment. The purchase goes through Google Play, belongs to the Google account that paid for it, and comes back with the app on a new device through the restore button in the window for adults.
Payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Google under the terms of Google Play. Write to us first if something went wrong with a purchase: it is usually faster for us to fix it than to go through a refund.
The app is made for children five and under and is meant to be set up by an adult. Buying, restoring a purchase and every link that leads out of the game sit behind a question only an adult can answer.
We keep the app working on the Android versions it supports and fix the faults we can reproduce. We cannot promise that it runs on every device ever made or that it never fails. Nothing here takes away the rights your local consumer law gives you.
If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date. If a change matters to a purchase already made, it does not apply to that purchase.
