If something went wrong

Tell us the phone or tablet, the Android version, and what the child was doing when it happened. A photo or a short video of the screen helps more than anything else: it usually shows the fault at once.

The purchase

One purchase opens all eleven games forever. It belongs to the Google account that paid for it, so on a new phone open the window for adults and press the restore button; the games open again without paying twice.

If the purchase went through and the games stayed closed, write to us before asking Google for a refund. We can usually see what happened and put it right.

Changing the language

The voices speak nine languages. The switch is in the menu, behind the question for adults, so a child cannot change it by accident.

What the app does not do

It shows no ads, collects no data and has no way for a child to reach the internet. The details are in the privacy policy.
