We collect nothing

Tom Sawyer: Toddler Games (com.shuslav.tomsawyer), published on Google Play by Shuslav, is made for young children. We do not collect, store or share any personal data, of children or of adults.

What the game does not do

• No sign-up, no accounts, no names.
• No ads, no third-party analytics, no trackers, no advertising identifiers.
• No chats, no social networks, no contact with other people.
• No camera, microphone, location or contacts.
• It works offline: all the pictures and sounds are inside the app.

What stays on the device

The app keeps three small things on the device itself: the language chosen by an adult, a mark that the purchase was made, so the games stay open without the internet, and the scene the child stopped at, so the next start goes straight there. It also writes a short technical record of the last runs, which helps an adult tell us what happened if the game ever freezes. All of it stays on the device: the app has no way to send it, and we never receive it.

What we share with others

Nothing. We run no servers, no accounts and no analytics, so there is no data of yours to pass on, and no advertiser, data broker, analytics company or other third party receives anything from this app. The one company involved at all is Google: the app is downloaded from Google Play, and a purchase is paid for there under the terms and the privacy policy of Google Play. We never see your payment details.

Keeping and deleting

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing on our side to keep, to delete or to ask us for. What the app keeps on the device disappears when the app is removed, and an adult can clear it sooner in the Android settings of the app. The record of the purchase belongs to your Google account, not to us. A letter you send us is kept only as long as it takes to answer you.

Security

The app sends no personal data anywhere, so there is no transfer to protect and nothing of yours stored outside your own device. What the app keeps on the device is held in the app's own storage, which Android keeps apart from other apps.

Purchases

The first three games are free. The rest open with one purchase, which stays yours; there is no subscription. Payment goes only through Google Play, under the terms of Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details.

A parental gate, a question only an adult can answer, comes before buying, before restoring purchases and before any link that leads out of the game.

Children

The game is made for children five and under. It asks for no personal information, shows no ads and has no way for a child to reach the internet, so there is nothing to collect from a child and nothing for us to keep.

This website

This site has no cookies, no analytics and no third-party content: every picture and style sheet is served from this address. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps the usual short-lived server logs needed to deliver and protect a web page.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.

Lo que el juego no hace

• Sin registro, sin cuentas, sin nombres.
• Sin anuncios, sin analítica de terceros, sin rastreadores, sin identificadores de publicidad.
• Sin chats, sin redes sociales, sin contacto con otras personas.
• No usa la cámara, el micrófono, la ubicación ni los contactos.
• Funciona sin internet: todas las imágenes y sonidos están dentro de la app.

Lo que se guarda en el dispositivo

Tres cosas: el idioma elegido por un adulto, una marca de que la compra se hizo, para que los juegos sigan abiertos sin internet, y la escena en la que el niño se quedó, para abrirla la próxima vez. También se escribe un registro técnico breve de los últimos arranques, que ayuda a un adulto a contarnos qué pasó si el juego se bloquea. Todo eso se queda en el dispositivo: la app no tiene manera de enviarlo y nosotros nunca lo recibimos.

Lo que compartimos

Nada. No tenemos servidores, cuentas ni analítica, así que no hay datos suyos que pasar a nadie, y ningún anunciante, corredor de datos, empresa de analítica u otro tercero recibe nada de esta app. La única empresa que interviene es Google: la app se descarga de Google Play y la compra se paga allí, con las condiciones y la política de privacidad de Google Play. Nunca vemos sus datos de pago.

Conservación y borrado

No guardamos ningún dato suyo, así que por nuestra parte no hay nada que conservar ni que borrar. Lo que la app guarda en el dispositivo desaparece al borrar la app, y un adulto puede borrarlo antes en los ajustes de Android de la app. El registro de la compra pertenece a su cuenta de Google, no a nosotros. Una carta que nos envíe se guarda solo el tiempo necesario para responderle.

Seguridad

La app no envía datos personales a ninguna parte, así que no hay envío que proteger ni nada suyo guardado fuera de su dispositivo. Lo que la app guarda queda en su propio almacenamiento, que Android mantiene separado del de otras apps.

Compras

Los tres primeros juegos son gratis. Los demás se abren con una sola compra, para siempre y sin suscripción. El pago se hace solo a través de Google Play, con sus condiciones; nunca vemos ni recibimos datos de pago. Antes de comprar, de restaurar compras y de abrir cualquier enlace externo hay un control parental: una pregunta para adultos.

Niños

El juego es para niños de cinco años o menos. No pide información personal, no muestra anuncios y un niño no puede salir a internet desde el juego.

Что игра не делает

• Нет регистрации, аккаунтов и ввода имени.
• Нет рекламы, сторонней аналитики, трекеров и рекламных идентификаторов.
• Нет чатов, ссылок в соцсети и общения с другими людьми.
• Не использует камеру, микрофон, геолокацию и контакты.
• Работает без интернета: все картинки и звуки находятся в самом приложении.

Что хранится на устройстве

Три вещи: выбранный взрослым язык, отметка о том, что покупка сделана, чтобы игры были открыты и без интернета, и сцена, на которой малыш остановился, чтобы в следующий раз начать с неё. Ещё пишется короткая техническая запись о последних запусках: она помогает взрослому рассказать нам, что случилось, если игра зависнет. Всё это остаётся на устройстве: отправить это приложение не умеет, и мы этого не получаем.

Что мы передаём другим

Ничего. У нас нет ни серверов, ни аккаунтов, ни аналитики, поэтому передавать нечего: ни рекламные сети, ни перекупщики данных, ни счётчики, ни кто-либо ещё не получают из этого приложения ничего. Единственная компания, которая вообще участвует, это Google: приложение скачивается из Google Play и покупка оплачивается там, по условиям и политике конфиденциальности Google Play. Платёжные данные мы не видим.

Сколько храним и как удалить

Никаких ваших данных у нас нет, поэтому на нашей стороне нечего хранить и нечего удалять. То, что приложение держит на устройстве, пропадает вместе с ним, а взрослый может стереть это раньше в настройках приложения в Android. Запись о покупке принадлежит вашему аккаунту Google, а не нам. Письмо, которое вы нам напишете, хранится ровно столько, сколько нужно, чтобы ответить.

Безопасность

Приложение никуда не отправляет личных данных, поэтому нет ни передачи, которую надо защищать, ни ваших данных где-то вне вашего устройства. То, что приложение хранит, лежит в его собственном хранилище, которое Android держит отдельно от других приложений.

Покупки

Первые три игры бесплатные. Остальные открывает одна покупка, навсегда и без подписки. Оплата проходит только через Google Play и по его условиям, платёжные данные мы не видим и не получаем. Перед покупкой, восстановлением покупок и любой ссылкой наружу стоит родительский замок: вопрос для взрослых.

Дети

Игра сделана для детей пяти лет и младше. Она не спрашивает личных данных, не показывает рекламы, и ребёнок не может выйти из неё в интернет.
